He has been on this for less than one year, yet he seemed to be getting worse, not better. It is painful to see him suffer. I was thinking maybe he should get a kidney transplant (i am willing to donate my kidney and if I'm not a good match, we have many relatives that may be willing to also donate . I don't know how much it will cost and actually we cannot afford it. But I cannot just watch my brother suffer, I thought maybe I can do something before it's too late. Is there an institution that can help us? hello,
